Italfinance Mediazione Creditizia Corporate srl, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, which came into force on 17/12/2023, provides a platform that allows you to report behaviors, acts, or omissions that harm public interest or the integrity of the company itself and that constitute violations of regulatory provisions, of which you have become aware in the work context.
Who can send a report? Anyone who has a legitimate interest in our company's activities, including employees, collaborators, partners, customers, suppliers, consultants, ex-employees, and job applicants.
The reporter can make a report through a guided online procedure. Absolute confidentiality will be guaranteed to all parties involved in the report. Anonymous reports are possible, and in this case, it will not be possible to trace the identity of the reporter in any way.
No form of personal or professional retaliation is allowed or tolerated due to the report made. If you believe you have suffered retaliation due to the report, you can report it to the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) through the IT Platform.
The report cannot be generic but must be adequately substantiated and, therefore, must contain sufficient details to allow the reported facts to be ascertained, with the indication of elements that allow the identification of the subjects involved, the context, the place, and the time period of the reported facts and supporting documentation.
This channel should not be used to make commercial complaints, for which a specific section is provided on this site, or to make personal disputes or complaints.
